Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging intact. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine).

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Email contact@blessedhorseshoeproducts.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom / made-to-order or personalised items

  • Personal care / cosmetic items that have been opened, used, or have a broken hygiene seal

  • Perishables (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Hazardous materials including flammable liquids or gases (such as colognes or solvents)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or final-sale items marked as non-returnable at checkout

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing or returning.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

  • For change-of-mind or non-faulty returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage. If we issue a return label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

For international returns, please mark the parcel “Returned Goods” on customs forms to avoid delays or additional fees.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (and UK Equivalent)

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

UK customers have similar rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
